I know I have not been on here in a while. But I would like to say thank you for checking in now and then. I hope to have some exciting news for you soon. But I have this share my group was out and was on an investigations for a ghost hunt. When they seem to find them self out in the woods of the peoples home. They was told they seen a large dark figure close to the home. so they ended up on a Bigfoot hunt. Being where they was if a hot spot for big foot. They has seen something running close to them and heard the cries from a Bigfoot very close to them. we have been back out once after that and soon would love to go back out. 

But as a have sat down many of times and went throw sightings and stories of Bigfoot there are two times a year that i would say stood out from many other times. These two season or times would be spring and fall. I look as this as any other animal would be. They wake in spring and are hungry and gather food to gain straight back. Fall they get ready to lay down for the winter and need the food to make sure when there is not that many chances of the same foods they go out and find it. I know there has been sighting in the summer and winter times as well. but not as many as the spring and fall. I know I like being out in spring and fall compare to summer when it can be way to hot or winter when it can be very cold.

These are only my thoughts to this and I'm glad that taking time out and sitting down lets you see your window of chances of seeing such a thing like Bigfoot is there.

I would like to say also just because you might not get out in the field everyday or all the time does not mean that doing something at home with a book, map, Internet, and such doesn't help the rest of the Bigfoot hunters out there.

I have seen that I have had a lot of views on this page. But I haven't got and comments, I love to hear what some of you have to say about your thought on Bigfoot or anything that was talked about. Please write in and share something with everyone.

I'm super excited to say that I will be going on a Bigfoot camp out in the middle of the woods away from everything. We will be going out trying to find something out there. In hope just maybe to hear a call or just a foot print.

If you have any idea of a good place to go please share it. I know where I'm going but where would you go?

What is it about Spring and fall makes it prime sighting time?

I have notice that Bigfoot sighting where more in spring in fall. Now my questions are
1. Does Bigfoot hibernate for the winter?, and that is why sighting are more at them points in the year seen more.
2. With the amount of hair that a Bigfoot has does the heat make it unbearable for him?
3. Is food sources better to be found?

My thoughts on this
1. If thought about it would make sense seeing how they have to eat before sleeping for three to four month, they would have to stock there body for that. When they wake up they would have to eat to make up for what was used while sleeping. 
2. Humans with longer hair are seem to be hotter when there hair is let down, then pulled up. Maybe the hair from a Bigfoot does not act as a dog as more like a human. Animal hair acts as a protector against the sun and different weather, unlike humans which it only acts against us.
3. Like my number one question most animals are not active in the winter months, and even go in a hibernate. So the food source would be hard to come by. Not having animal sources or plants that are just out and about in the winter.

coyotes

I was out this past weekend ( 12 & 13th of May) it was brought to my attention  that there was sounds coming from close by. ( Thank You to my sister). So as I was listen I said no that is coyotes, she said no wait...as I did i hear the calls from a Sasquatch.

Now this is not my first time having this happen, so my question stands.
What is it of a Sasquatch yell that drive the coyotes to go crazy? Is it even that causes them to go crazy or maybe the hunt and attack from either of the coyotes or Sasquatch is what we are hearing?

I have many people tell me that they hear "something" in a near by area. The one way I can tell for sure that they are talking about Sasquatch is this quote right here. "the sound I heard made the hair on my body stand up on end." Now I know this is not a 100% sure way of telling but I know that it is a good sign.

I also know people are thinking the a coyote is so much smaller then a seven to nine foot Sasquatch. So why would they even try to attack them, the thing i got to say is. Everything eats, and sometimes size doesn't matter to somethings.

So please comment me what your thoughts are on this.

Going camping

Im going to be going caming this month, I will also be doing some bigfoot hunting. I'm very excuted to get out there. This is the first trip of many and can't wait. If any of you are in the area and would like to go hunting then write an email and I will be sure to get back to you.
Going to try to do some new things in try some new things, that i had people tell me about. All new baits, a twist on some calls, and camera set up.

Great people

These men are the speakers and guess of the 2012 Bigfoot Conference in Cambridge Ohio. They all room time out for us signed what ever was asked never asked for a penny for it. Talk with anyone who wanted too, and shared their own stories with us. It was a great thing that would happen to anyone, and for my self. To get to meet great people that have been doing this for year and the knowledgement they have with this field. Thank you all so much for everything you have done.

Lucky!!!!!

I was so lucky not to find Bigfoot, But to meet two of the greatest man who are in the Bigfoot field. The above picture is of Dr. John Bindernagel and his wonderful wife. The bottom picture is of Mr. Peter Byrne and Don Keating. I aslo get to meetMike Esordi and Bill Dranginis. I got to meet these men at the Ohio Bigfoot Conference 2012 . ( 2012 May 29 ) Im so glad to get to meet them and talk to them they both are great man and I would like to thank them for coming out to meet us all.
I got to meet so many people there and It was wonderful so many people from alround. Sharing the knowledge of what they know. It was great Thank You everyone that was there.

Gigantopithecus

Gigantopithecus is an extinct genus of ape that was from about one million years ago to three hundred thousand years. Gigantopithecus in the same time frame and geographical location as several hominid species.
They are also known as the largest ape to ever live. The largest fossil ever found was to be 9.8 feet tall and weighing up to 1,200 lbs.  The first Gigantopithecus remains described by an anthropologist were found in 1935 by Ralph von Koenigswald in an apothecary shop. Fossilized teeth and bones are often ground into powder and used in some branches of traditional Chinese medicine.

 

Now you ask what this has to do with Bigfoot well I shall share that with you.

There is thought to been creatures that have been extinct. For example the sealacamp thought to live over 4 million years ago. These fish are known to be 7 foot long with hard ruff scales. A group of fisherman fishing off in the Indian Ocean caught one of these fish. the science field was socked to found out it was a sealacamp.

      This makes me think that it only adapted to the changes of the world weather and growth of human kind. This was found in 1938.

Now why it is not possible for the gigantopithecus to do the same thing, change for its surrounding. be able to change color for the area it lives, brown, black, reddish brown, white, etc. They are known to me flesh eaters in a few reports I have read. Bigfoot are known to eat meat as well as plants ( berries, leaves, twigs).

My thoughts are Bigfoot might be a descendant from the gigantopithecus that has evolved over time to adapt to the changes of time.

Finding Bigfoot!!!!

The TV show finding Bigfoot was on last night and they came to Ohio. They the Ohio is a hot spot for Bigfoot (as if I didn't know that lol). They were not to far out from where I located, but if they was to take a little time and map out sightings they would have know where I live and the areas around me have the most sighting in Ohio.

Guernsey County-9
Tuscarawas County-6
Portage County- 16

Now there is most likely more do to the fact that not every Bigfoot sighting is reported in any way. But I took sighting for different sights and books and stories that I have got told to my self. From the years 1940 to 2011. I also map out the number of sightings and put them in the right county to find the most sighting in the state, and also found where it is most likely to be seen.

Each county has a number beside it telling how many sighting was in that county, and the red ones mean that there has not been any reported  sightings yet.

I would also like to say that I have found a newspaper that had a story in it from December 11, 1883 from the Fort Wayne Gazette telling the story of a Bigfoot or as they called it a wild man.
